This auction is for a gorgeous Machine Age Floor Lamp made from a vintage Martin "Turbinator" T-100 hair dryer. Dryer features Fantastic 40's Deco styling with a height-adjustable 4-wheel base. Dryer was professionally stripped down to its raw steel/aluminum components giving it a very cool Industrial patina that really showcases its design. Dryer was then re-wired to be used as a floor lamp using the original light switch and period black/silver cloth wiring! Height is adjustable from 55"-62" tall! Imagine this fantastic piece of industrial design as a floor lamp in your Industrial-styled home or loft! Truly a work of art in itself!
