Vintage Martin Handcraft Saxophone - Low Pitch

Silver in color. Serial number is 101352 (same number on both the neck
and the body sections) - dates to around 1930 or 1931 (good years to be playing
the blues?) Made in Elkhart, Indiana.

As it is now, it plays. The pads are in pretty good condition, but
probably need replacement. One of the keys remains up, instead of down - a spring may not be working - there was a rubber band wrapped
around that part of the horn to hold that key in the down position. Neck
cork doesn't look too hot. Where the neck attaches to the body, the
tightening screw is stripped - the neck attaches but is a trifle loose.
Carrying case is pretty beat down.

An Oldie but a Goodie. No dents or dings. Can be restored. A gem in the
rough. The local music shoppe quoted me $300 to fix everything. After
refurbishment, you will have a $1000 sax.
