This is a Vintage 1970's Martin D-35 Guitar in a rare Sunburst finish.
The guitar sounds amazing!! Very nice even, bell like, tone. I have always been a fan of the dreadnoughts because they have a rich voice. I specifically love the rosewood back and sides on these. The rosewood has a more sincere tonal quality in my opinion.
The overall cosmetic condition is excellent with a few exceptions. A patch where the clear coat has been scuffed and a few dings.
The action is nice. It's not rock bottom low but then again it's not too high considering the saddle has its original factory height and has not been shaved or sanded down.
The case is in great shape with the exception of a missing handle and the compartment door off its glued hinge inside.
Overall this is a great Martin Guitar in a rare color and excellent condition.
