This is an EXCELLENT 1965 Martin 00-18 with what I understand to be the original case.
This guitar was just acquired from the original owner who decided to sell it after he developed arthritis. The gentleman who is in his 70's took excellent care and it is obvious by the condition that he played it gently. There are several small dings to the finish, mild buckle rash, and a few minor bumps along the neck and headstock. Most of these can only be seen by turning the guitar at a certain angle while held under a light. Other than that, the guitar appears to be perfect.  I don't think it would be overstepping to say that this may just be the finest example on Earth of a played 1965 Martin 00-18.
Upon receipt of this instrument, I took it to Martin Authorized Luthier Mike Weems of Anderson, SC. I asked him to replace the first six frets, dress the remaining frets, install a bone nut and saddle, and setup the guitar with new strings. The original frets, nut and saddle will ship with the guitar to the new owner. There is now zero fret wear. The action at the 12th is very comfortable in the 3/32" to 4/32" range. This guitar is currently being stored in a temperature and humidity controlled room.
The shipping price is for UPS Ground insured for full value to United States addresses only (note: I will consider shipping Worldwide to buyers with good feedback). I will pack this guitar with great care.
Please feel free to ask any questions before bidding!  I can be reached at LuckyGuitar.com! And as always... Peace and luck! (:
