I'll make a refund (excluding return shipping charges and, if applicable, restocking fees) after my receipt of the instrument in the same condition as shipped. Please note that all in-person and online auction sales are final. Use of the instrument in a commercial setting such as recording or stage performance immediately voids the return privilege.!!

Payment must be received within 3 days of purchase or auction end. Items paid by PayPal will be shipped within 3 business days of cleared payment. Holidays and UPS office hours may affect shipment times. PayPal checks will delay shipping until clearance.

SHIPPING DAMAGES & RETURN POLICY
We DO NOT ship Internationally.  All of our items are professionally packaged by UPS. It is very rare that an item is damaged in shipping when packaged by them, however we recommend that you request to purchase extra shipping insurance for all items purchased/won. In the unfortunate event that you receive your item in a condition that greatly differs from the pictures in the auction; please contact us immediately at (859) 277-1649. Do not send the item back! We will help you obtain a Return Authorization Shipping Label from UPS so that you are not charged to send the item back to us. All items that we sell are meticulously photographed and cataloged before leaving our store. In the event that shipping damages occur, we can usually get a claim settled in as little as two to three days. We will expedite a UPS claim and subsequent investigation.
