Martin HD-28V Vintage Dreadnaught Guitar

I bought this guitar from a friend of mine a couple of years ago.
He bought it new in about 2008.

This is a beautiful guitar. The sound is rich and it plays smoothly.
 I have played acoustic guitar for over
almost 50 years have played many vintage Martins and most brands of high end
guitars. This is one of the best ones available for a reasonable price.

The guitar has some pick marks and dings in the finish but no
damage to the wood.  It was last adjusted
by J. Thomas Davis, the authorized Martin repair shop in Columbus OH about a
year ago. It has been stored in the case, in a smoke free home.

The Martin HD-28V Vintage Dreadnought Guitar incorporates the most
popular pre-war features into a vintage Herringbone D-28 format. Grained
ivoroid bindings, forward-shifted scalloped bracing, butterbean tuning
machines, and diamond-and-squares fingerboard inlay are combined to make an
exceptional pre-war replica both in tone and appearance. The HD-28V includes a
deluxe Martin hardshell case ($240 value).
