Vintage Martin Guitar

Vintage Martin D-35 12 string in excellent condition.The tone is fantastic as would be expected.
There are no dents, dings, and very little in the way of scratches.There is a minor indentation in the finnish between the pickgaurd and the lower bout. (see picture #6) There is a crack in the top between the fretboard and soundhole3/8" long it is stable and barely noticeable. (see picture #5)There is a finnish crack in the upper bout where the neck meets theupper bout, it is only in the finnish not in the wood, it is not visible enoughfor a picture but can be felt when you glide your hand over it.There are two indentations on the back of the neck the size of pinheads, again not enough for pictures.There is some crazing in the finnish on the pickgaurd.The action is excellent at 45% humidity.Less than 3/16ths at 12th fret at 60% humidity.The neck and fretboard are fantastic no bowing or twisting, low action no buzz.This Martin D-35 has very very little play wear, most of these issues are from age.Everything on this guitar is original. Original hard shell case (in great shape) included.Grandpa played finger style with it for a few years on the front porch then put it in the case under the bed.I have documented every little issue I could find, but if anyone has any questions please feel free to ask.
