Vintage Martin Guitar

1967 Vintage Martin D-18 Guitar in Near Mint condition! This beautiful guitar has no flaws. It has clearly been very well taken care of. There are no cracks, or blemishes or checking in the finish. This guitar is one of the very last with the maple bridge block. Everything is original and pristine on this guitar. The fingerboard and frets have very light wear and there is no significant wear on the back of the neck, just some nice player's polish. The Spruce top is exceptional in character with nice striations in the grain. The guitar sounds simply D-18 wonderful.

There are very few scratches and scuffs on the guitar. You can always tell a clean Martin by looking inside the box. The wood on this guitar is bright and clean. The only blemish is on the back of the guitar. It appears it may have been put down on some sort of rubber mat and perhaps stuck a little? So there are some very light marks on the back, some people call these 'vinyl burns'. They are not very noticeable and hard to photograph but need to be mentioned in the interest of full disclosure.

Action is between 1/8" and 3/16" at 12th fret, within Martin spec. Bridge and saddle have not been shaved. This is a pristine, vintage, D-18. Don't miss it if you have been looking for a nice one.
