Vintage Martin Guitar

Hello and welcome to my auction! You’re looking at a beautiful 1958 Martin 000-21 Guitar! (SN: 160162) This guitar is in great shape for being 52 years old! It has gorgeous Brazilian rosewood back, sides, neck, fingerboard & headstock! It has a beautiful line in the Brazilian that goes all around the guitar's sides and bottom. It is 100% original with the exception of the G tuner being changed with a later model "double line" Kluson tuner.  It backlights perfectly! This is truly a guitar that would please ANY player, collector or investor. It has a very loud, full & balanced, "delta-blues" sound to it. It has opened up very nicely and is a featherweight in your hands.

Has a straight neck, the frets are original with plenty of life left. This guitar has been VERY well cared for, with the exception of some light scratches on the back that would most likely buff right out. Kluson tuners work well and there are no structural issues with this guitar whatsoever. Bridgeplate is in good shape, bracing is good, original finish. Comes with original Martin hardshell case. I just got it back from Robert Buchanan at Buchanan's Music in Mesa, AZ he went through the guitar, did a flawless neck-reset, and a set-up with light gauge Elixir strings. Robert always does the best job, the sound this guitar makes is phenomenal, it just vibrates in your hands when you play it!!
