The guitar is in good structural condition and plays nicely. The bridge has been replaced and in order to properly bring back the voice a new bridge and properly seated saddle is needed.  (Fortunately, the replacement bridge is the exact footprint of the original). The neck angle is good and here's enough fret left to crown to play for a couple years at least. The Brazilian rosewood back and sides are crack free. There's a former jack hole that has been capably patched.  The top has an outside pickguard crack, a couple of smaller temperature cracks at the waist on the pickguard side, about a four-inch temperature crack emanating from the binding on the lower bout and another smaller one -- about 2 inches -- emanating from the binding on the upper bout.  The bracing is intact and the bridge plate is original.  It comes in what looks like a fancy two-tone Gretsch arch top case from the early 60s. The case is a bit worn but structurally solid.  It alone would be worth a good amount.
