1945 Martin 00-18 Vintage Acoustic Guitar

If you dig these smaller bodied guitars, you'll find this wartime 00-18 a gem. The dry, resonant, wood gives this guitar rich response and sustain.
Weight 3 lbs. 9 oz.

1945 Martin 00-18 in original finish. The Adirondack solid Spruce top has ripened to a nice pumpkin color and the grain is extremely tight. The back, sides and neck are solid Mahogany. The fingerboard and headstock overlay are Brazilian Rosewood. Frets are in great condition. The bridge has been shaved down and the action is low and easy to play. The tuners have been replaced with new Waverly white button tuners. The tortoise binding is still in tact. This guitar shows finish wear, scratches and checking from playing over the last 66 years. There are some repaired stable cracks on the back. Includes hardshell TKL tweed case in great condition with green plush lining, all latches work and handle in tact.
