The neck is  straight and plays with low BUZZ-FREE action on all strings and all frets at full standard key tuning.  Solid firm neck with a slight  outer edge glue gap at the rear base of neck, there is zero play or movement in the neck ever since the date  of  original purchase in 2006. 100% solid, the neck is  sound and strong,  its going no where,  remaining 90% of glue outer seal on neck base is  tite and solid without gap,  nothing to worry about, truss rod is fully functional and truly works well with plenty  of the original factory bone bridge saddle height  available for future adjustments if desired., you can lower the strings to sit right on the neck if you wanted or raise them to a really high action, Truss rod works perfect,   the ebony bridge is so tite with zero gap or lift.
